Sync is a privacy-first habit and gym tracking app. We believe your personal data should stay personal. This policy explains how Sync handles your information.
Sync does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.
All data you create in Sync -- habits, workout sessions, completion records, and preferences -- is stored locally on your device in an on-device SQLite database. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.
Sync may send local notifications for habit reminders and active workout tracking. These notifications are generated entirely on your device. No push notification servers are contacted.
Sync does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. The app functions entirely offline.
You can export your habit and workout data from the Settings screen. Exported data is saved locally on your device or shared through the standard iOS share sheet. We have no access to your exported files.
Sync does not collect any data from any user, including children. The app is suitable for all ages.
If we update this privacy policy, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Since Sync collects no data, material changes are unlikely.
